Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns, exchanges, and refund requests for non-perishable merchandise purchased through our official online platforms within 14 days from the date of receipt.

To be eligible:

  • ✓The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • ✓Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
  • ✓For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, supporting photos may be required.

Non-returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for:

  • ✗Freshly prepared desserts, beverages, or any perishable food items
  • ✗Items consumed, partially consumed, or not in original condition
  • ✗Gift cards / e-vouchers / promotional redemption items
  • ✗Products not purchased from our official channels

Return Process

To initiate a return request for eligible items:

Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

Once approved, ship the item to the return address provided by our support team.

Returned items must reach us within 7 working days after approval.

Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • For orders purchased under promotions or discounts, the refund amount will reflect the actual price paid.

Replacements

  • We will replace defective or incorrect merchandise with the same or an equivalent item, subject to availability.
  • If a replacement cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued.

Xin Dessert Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to make the final decision on all return, replacement, and refund matters.
